  1. Spike or RBD proteins from diverse variants were used as antigens to elicit anti-Spike antibodies. Different Spike or RBD proteins were used as baits for each round of screening to capture cross-reactive anti-Spike antibodies from phage libraries. Blocking clones mean the clones which can secret scFvs to block the ACE2 binding to Spike protein.
