It has come to our attention recently that in the version of the article initially published, in Fig. 8A, the images for EGF-treated control KD and EGF-treated hnRNP A1 KD cells were partially overlapped. This error likely arose from inadvertent mislabeling of the data during microscopic analyses of cells in the two adjacent culture wells. We have meticulously reviewed our raw data and replaced the concerned panels with data from an independent biological replicate in Fig. 8A and 8B. These corrections do not affect the conclusions of this study. We sincerely apologize for this oversight. The original article has been corrected.
