T cell epitope peptide cocktail vaccines elicited robust CD8+ T cell responses in transgenic mice, hybrid mice, and WT mice. Splenocytes from each primed mouse were harvested 7 days after the last booster and stimulated ex vivo with different peptide pools according to a single protein or without peptide.
