Ruxolitinib reduced the expression of proinflammatory cytokine genes in the livers of ARE-Del+/− mice. RNA was isolated from the livers of ruxolitinib-treated mice (n = 11) and control mice (n = 8). The levels of mRNA expression of the proinflammatory genes (IFNγ, IL-6, and TNFα) and, for purposes of comparison, TGFβ were quantified by real-time PCR. The data displayed are expressed as the mean ± SEM. *p < 0.05, ***p < 0.001
