The frequency of Siglec-F+ neutrophils was assessed in BM-neutrophil cultures after 48 h of incubation with recombinant G-CSF in the presence of AG490 (JAK2 inhibitor) A, HJC0152 (STAT3 inhibitor) B, wortmannin (PI3K inhibitor) C, rapamycin (mTOR inhibitor) D, or adezmapimod (p38 inhibitor) E, n = 4 per group in each experiment.
