Schematic illustration of NSC-derived extracellular matrix-modified GelMA scaffolds for spinal cord injury repair. GelMA/ECM scaffolds were developed by electrospinning, UV curing, and decellularization technologies. The GelMA/ECM scaffolds promoted NSCs toward neurons, decreased M1-phenotype macrophages and enhanced SCI repair.
