A The ECM bioscaffolds were acquired by decellularization of ASC sheets. The Fe3O4 NPs were conjugated with VEGF and then covalently bound to ECM bioscaffolds to form ECM–Fe3O4 NP–VEGF scaffolds. Thereafter, the SF nanofiber biomaterials and ECM–Fe3O4 NP–VEGF scaffold were assembled. B The therapeutic effect of this SF/ASC–ECM–Fe3O4 NP–VEGF scaffold was evaluated in a bladder defect model in SD rats.
