\(V\left(Q\right)\) is calculated from each diffraction pattern and averaged over time to make fluctuation map. \(g\left(Q,t\right)\) is calculated from sequential CBED images at each position according to equations (1) and (2). By fitting the KWW function to \(g\left(Q,t\right)\) at each position, relaxation time map can be obtained. Examples of sequential CBED images whose relaxation times are slow and fast are shown in bottom left and their \(g\left(Q,t\right)\) are shown in bottom center panel.
