Functional assessment of RBPJL p.(Thr280Met) in mouse pancreatic acinar cells. The data show the effect of RBPJL Thr280 (light gray) and Met280 (dark gray) on the expression of Cel, a Rbpjl target gene, in mouse pancreatic acinar cell line (266-6). As a control, the effect on the expression of Gapdh, which is not a target gene, was also assessed. Expression levels of RBPJL, PTF1A and mouse Rbpjl are also shown.
