We assessed the relative performance of the trans-ancestry joint 2df test across the four exposures. a Overlapping loci for the 2df test across the four exposures. We further decomposed these results by exposure, for current drinking (b), drinking habit (c), current smoking (d), ever smoking (e). The corresponding radar plots show the proportion (from 0% to 100%) of the total number of loci identified for that phenotype.
