Heritability of the three lipids and two blood pressure phenotypes (DBP and SBP) derived using the LDSC applied to summary statistics from the European ancestry samples meta-analysis. Heritability was derived for all individuals (All, yellow bar) and for subset of unexposed (Une, teal bar) and exposed (Exp, purple bar) individuals. Error bars represent the 95% confidence intervals.
