Muscle transduction by bat AAV 10HB mutants at the selected sites 259 and 691. A total of 1010 vector genomes of AAV2, wild-type or mutated bat AAV 10HB vectors as indicated were intramuscularly injected into the gastrocnemius muscle of adult C57B/6 mice, and luciferase activity (a) and rAAV vector genome copies (b) were detected 14 days after treatment.
