Representation of the correlation between type of mutation (truncating versus truncating), pattern of inheritance (germline versus somatic) and phenotype by using Pearson correlation coefficient. The coefficient ranges from -1 to 1. A positive correlation is marked in blue color, whereas the negative correlation is indicated in red color. The more intense is the color, the stronger the correlation.
