Comparison of the distributions of shifts in allele frequency for the 32 SNPs with selection signatures with the highest correlation with environmental variables. The shift is defined as the difference between the allele frequencies of the populations with the highest and the lowest value for each climatic and soil variable. The density function was obtained for the vector of differences in allele frequency for the loci and calculated using the function density implemented in the stat package in R 3.6.0
