Red boxes indicate that the variable has a significant and positive effect, while blue boxes that it has a significant and negative effect. The magnitude of such effect is reported inside the box, and it is expressed in terms of selection gradients for the neighbourhood model and averaged coefficients for the generalised linear model (GLM). All reported coefficients are expressed in standard deviation units, so that they are comparable within method. Striped boxes indicate that the variable has not been included as a selection gradient in the neighbourhood model or that it has been removed from the GLM because of collinearity (VIF > 3; Zuur et al. 2010).
