  1. The differences in mtDNA copy-number for all subsequent generation times are scaled to mtDNA copy-number at generation G0 (ancestral control).
  2. Absolute differences among all pairs of trait means i and j are listed below the diagonal and their critical MSDij values above the diagonal. A pair of means is declared significantly different at α = 0.05 if their absolute difference equals or exceeds their MSD values (indicated by an asterisk).
  3. A pair of means that are significantly different at an experiment-wise error rate of α = 0.05.
