Each treatment contains at least three biological replicates which cluster based on similarity in expression pattern. Gray = hand-pollinated, Fuchsia = GA3-treated. Normalized expression values range from < 0.4 (bright blue) to > 1.6 (bright red). Total number of DEGs identified for 18 DAT: hypanthium = 412, ovary = 958, ovule = 8074, 132 DAT: hypanthium = 19, ovary = 105
