A QQ-plot of the P value distribution is shown to the right of each Manhattan plot. The number of individual accessions used in the analyses were a 20 picked from the 5% of two extreme WR-DSR distribution tails; b 132 picked from quartile Q1 and Q4; and c 134 picked from the interquartile range, Q2 and Q3.
