Western blot analysis of Nav1.6 expression in the rostral ventrolateral medulla (RVLM) of different group. a, b Optical band density analysis revealed that Nav1.6 protein levels increased significantly at stress-induced hypertensive rat (SIHR) group at the tenth day of stress, Stress + Lv-CRISPR-eGFP group and Stress + Lv-CRISPR-gRNA group. However, the expression levels of Nav1.6 channel were significantly reduced in the Stress + Lv-CRISPR-gRNA group compared with the SIHR group at the tenth day of stress and the Stress + Lv-CRISPR-eGFP group.
