Synthesis of moclobemide applying atmospheric CO2. A three-chamber system was adapted including a chamber A containing a CO2 binder 15 (5.0 mmol) in dimethyl sulfoxide, which was bubbled with dry air for 6 days. The second chamber B was set up as above for the production of 1.5 mmol CO employing an applied voltage of 3.6 V.
