Identification of ZNF516-associated proteins. a Mass spectrometry analysis of ZNF516-associated proteins. Cellular extracts from HEK293T cells stably expressing FLAG-ZNF516 were immunopurified with anti-FLAG affinity column and eluted with FLAG peptides. The eluates were resolved by SDS-PAGE and silver-stained.
