Exemplary single shot pink-beam diffraction images of a proteinase K and b phycocyanin microcrystals. Data were recorded at the BioCARS beamline using a Rayonix CCD detector. Crystal sizes were between 10 and 20 µm for proteinase K and 30 and 40 µm in case of phycocyanin.
