Proteome and proteostasis investigation on T21 fibroblast cells. a Fibroblast cells collected from a pair of monozygotic (MZ) twins discordant for Trisomy 21 (T21), together with 11 unrelated T21 individuals bearing Down syndrome (DS) and 11 unrelated controls were used for analyzing the effect of T21.
