Sequential digestion of furcellaran oligosaccharides by DagB and GH2 enzymes. HPLC results for the ZGAL_3152 (DagB, GH129-like) and GH2 (ZGAL_3633, ZGAL_4655) sequential enzyme digests on furcellaran oligosaccharides. Oligo-kappa-carrageenan standards (DP2, DP4, DP6, and DP8) are shown in black dotted line on the chromatogram. First, oligo-furcellaran (blue line) was treated with ZGAL_3152 (purple line). This reaction was then stopped by heating at 90 °C for 10 min. Following the inactivation of ZGAL_3152 the oligosaccharides were treated with either ZGAL_3633 (orange line) or ZGAL_3655 (green line)
