  1. BMI: Body mass index; WHR: Waist-hip ratio; WC: Waist circumference; HIP: hip circumference; HT: Height; WT: Weight; VAT: Visceral adipose tissue volume; SAT: Subcutaneous adipose tissue volume; PAT: Pericardial adipose tissue volume; CAD: Coronary Artery Disease; MI: Myocardial Infarction; HDL-C: High-Density-Lipoprotein-Cholesterol; LDL-C: Low-Density-Lipoprotein-Cholesterol; TG: Triglycerides; T2D: Type 2 Diabetes; FG: Fasting Glucose; FI: Fasting Insulin
  2. The table shows results from binomial tests that were conducted to test the variants of each class for enrichment of nominally significant increasing or decreasing effects on various traits including anthropometric traits, impedance fat measures, ectopic fat traits and cardio-metabolic traits, and disease. The table shows the number of variants tested (nTested), the number of variants with nominally significant trait-increasing or decreasing effects (n) and the respective binomial P value (PBinomial). Bold binomial P values indicate significant enrichment (PBinomial  <0.05/168, Bonferroni-corrected for 168 binomial tests) of nominally significant trait-increasing or trait-decreasing effects on the respective lookup trait
