Chromosomes aligned on the same row are hom(oe)ologous chromosomes (HG). The key characteristics of this genome are the high polyploidy, aneuploidy, bispecific origin of the chromosomes, the existence of structural differences between chromosomes of the two origins, and the presence of interspecific chromosome recombinants
