Anti-CRISPR activity of AcrIIAs against SpCas9 and St1Cas9 in human cells. a K562 cells were transfected with a dual SpCas9 and sgRNA expression plasmid (500 ng) targeting RUNX1, EMX1, or FANCF. Where indicated, a second vector (500 ng) was used to co-express human codon-optimized AcrIIAs.
