A single dose of ultra-LA dolutegravir protects against multiple high dose HIV-1 challenges. a Experimental design. BLT mice were treated with ultra-LA dolutegravir (n = 5) or placebo (n = 5) and vaginally exposed to HIVCH040 or HIVTHRO 1 week, and 7 weeks later.
