GSEA using curated pathways identifies shared and unique genesets. Enriched gene sets in BCG infected macrophages, identified by Preranked GSEA (MSigDb, C2 CP annotations set). To determine how far regulated geneset were shared between the Gch1 and Nos2 knockout macrophages or unique to the loss of Gch1 the gene set lists passing p < 0.005, FDR q < 0.1 in both analyses were compared and key genesets were are highlighted in the tables
