The value of α2 increased with decreasing d, mainly owing to the large enhancement of α shown in a. c Comparison of temperature dependence of α2 among representative thermoelectric materials. The values of α2 in the FeSe ultrathin film were larger than any existing bulk materials reported so far in a wide temperature range (see Supplementary Table 1 for the reference of the experimental values). The data point for Sample A at 200 K (open circle) shows fair reproducibility
