  1. Analysis was performed after 14 days of felodipine dosing of 5 mg/kg body weight/ day via osmotic minipump (Alzet Model 2002), flow rate 0.5 μl/h. Blood sample was collected at day 7 and day 14 (terminal). Data are presented as actual values for individual mice, and mean value +/− SEM shown in bold is provided in the final row. All osmotic minipumps in this study had no blockage, checked by assessing the remaining volume in the pump at day 14
