Functional phenotyping of human epidermal mononuclear phagocytes. Mononuclear phagocytes were liberated from human epidermis using Type IV collagenase. cDC2 were also isolated from dermis. a Each subset was FACS sorted and then cultured overnight in a cocktail of TLR agonists.
