Protein network analysis of significant proteins in sinus node (SN) versus atrial muscle (RA). A STRING network was retrieved for all proteins deemed significant by volcano plot analysis. Clustering was performed relative to confidence score of the interaction, and ontology enrichment analysis was performed on the resulting clusters.
