Binding of NBD1-specific nanobodies to isolated 2PT-NBD1 and F508del-2PT-NBD1. a Nanobody binding to 2PT-NBD1 measured by ELISA. Biotinylated 2PT-NBD1 was immobilized on neutravidin-coated plates and incubated with increasing concentration of each nanobody.
