From: Species abundance information improves sequence taxonomy classification accuracy
Classification accuracy degrades as taxonomic weights diverge from sample abundances. Cross testing of classification accuracy by setting taxonomic weights to those from each of the 13 EMPO 3 habitats other than the appropriate bespoke weights, across 14 EMPO 3 habitats.
