The values of β calculated from the temperature-dependent TRMC measurements are expressed in arbitrary units due to the near infrared sensitivity of the temperature-dependent TRMC cell. However, this does not affect the trend for β. b Scaled 2PA coefficient β versus normalized photon energies with respect to the material band gaps at different temperatures. Scaling has been performed according to the empirical scaling law (expression (22) of ref. 24). Legend denotes the excitation energy and temperature for each data point. All corresponding data are summarized in Supplementary Table 1.
