3D imaging of day 6 implantation sites in Scribf/fPgrcre/+ females shows inferior crypt-gland assembly. Images of E-cadherin immunostaining, segmented and 3D rendered images of day 6 implantation sites in each genotype show deficient development of gland-implantation epithelial structure in Scribf/fPgrcre/+ females.
