The contig arrangements of the chromosome assemblies is shown in green for contigs > 1 Mb and dark grey for contigs < 1 Mb. The location of centromeric tandem repeat arrays and rDNA clusters within the assemblies are marked by yellow and blue boxes above each of the chromosomes.
