Schematic of the 20 domains of bovine FH showing the domains that were assessed for binding to FHR with the SPR-binding data for each shown below. C-terminally biotinylated FHR (400 RU) was bound to a streptavidin chip and twofold dilutions of FH domains 4-5-6 (1.5 μM highest concentration), 7-8-9 (30 μM highest concentration), 18-19-20 (40 μM highest concentration), and domain 5 alone (5 μM highest concentration) were analysed.
