  1. Genes were identified by haplotype-based computational genetic mapping, with the pattern of genetic variation significantly correlated with Ifng mRNA in Th1 (P < 0.001). Genes from category transcription factors, transcription cofactors and chromatin remodeling proteins are shown in this table. P values were calculated using analysis of variance (ANOVA)-based statistical modeling. Exact P values for each gene are listed in Supplementary Table 1.
