Following 8 weeks of high-fat diet (HFD) feeding, mice were treated with tamoxifen and body mass a body composition b, c, hepatic lipid content d and plasma ALAT e were determined, and glucose homeostasis assessed via glucose tolerance test f and blood glucose measurement g 6–7 weeks later. Results are shown as means ± SE, with n’s represented as individual data point’s in figures. For body weight and GTT n = 13 for WT and 9 for PerIRKO+/−.
