For each EHR code, we tested the difference between patient groups with and without that code in terms of M19 and M7 topic membership probabilities. The labeled EHR codes are the ones with Wilcoxon signed-rank one-sided test p-values  < 0.001. The red, blue, and black color indicate the codes that are significant in only M19, in only M7, and in both M19 and M7, respectively. PheWAS for the PPI questions are displayed in Supplementary Fig. 32.
