The global patterns of (a) the proportion of tetrapod HIPE contributed by reptiles (from 100% of HIPE contributed by reptiles in black to 0% of HIPE in light grey); and (b) tetrapod HIPE, where grid cells are coloured by the cumulative amount of global HIPE captured; darkest red cells comprise the highest-scoring grid cells which together capture 10% of global HIPE, whereas the lowest-scoring grid cells which together capture 10% of global HIPE are coloured dark blue.
