Co-repressing Bim expression by the SMS/spermidine/EP300/FOXO3a and MYC/miR-19a/b signaling pathways is required for maintenances of CRC cell survival and tumor growth. Combined inhibition of both pathways synergistically induces Bim expression and apoptosis, and causes tumor regression.
