Reaction conditions: 1a (1 mM), 2 (200 mM), ATP analogue (250 μM), Cu(OTf)2 (50 μM), MES buffer (20 mM, pH 5.5), 4 °C, 24 h. All data are the averages of at least two individual experiments (reproducibility: ±5% conversion, ±3% ee).
