All kinetic measurements were performed in triplicate and standard deviations were calculated. The rate acceleration krel was calculated as the ratio of kapp,cat/kapp,uncat, where kapp,uncat and kapp,cat are the kapp values in the absence and presence of the catalyst, respectively.
