  1. Permutational multivariate analysis of variance (Adonis) was used based on Bray–Curtis dissimilarity matrices. The two-way repeated measures ANOVA model was set as dissimilarity~warming × year + block using function adonis in R package vegan. The degree of freedom was 1 for warming treatment, 6 for year and 39 for residuals. Significant effects (P ≤ 0.05) were shown in bold text. EcoFUN-MAP is a method designed for annotating metagenomic sequences by comparing them with functional genes used to fabricate GeoChip.
