Values are corrected fluorescence measurements (fluorescenceC), logarithmic transformed and normalized between 0 and 1. Promoters containing deviant spacer lengths were excluded. Higher probability values indicate a higher probability for loss of orthogonality. Data points in red indicate the specific sequence was part of the training data set.
