  1. Shown are selected genes of the T3SS1, previously identified HilD targets and all upregulated motility genes. n = 3 independent samples were collected from each strain. A positive log fold change indicates expression is up in hilDΔ3′UTR compared to WT. Significant gene expression differences were identified using DESeq2; p values shown were calculated using the Wald test and the p value was adjusted (padj) for multiple testing using the Benjamini and Hochberg procedure.
