Sera samples were collected at day 14 post-infection from mice treated with MD65 at the indicated time points and tested by ELISA for the presence of endogenous (murine) antibodies against the SARS-CoV-2 antigens: a spike, b S1, or c RBD. Data represent individual and mean ± SEM (n = 5 mice) of measurements obtained for sera samples at 1:60 dilution. Horizontal bars indicate statistical significance of paired values. P values calculated using two-tailed paired t-test were: in panel a 0.0241; in panel b upper horizontal bar—0.0067, lower horizontal bar—0.0426; in panel c upper horizontal bar—0.0086, lower horizontal bar—0.0324.
